Underwater Foundations

Weak silt-laden marine spoils require specialized stabilization attention. Baselok is the only geosynthetics manufacturer with the capabilities of designing with our own in-house manufactured Foundation Performance System (FPS). Our customized geogrid composites system combined with Baselok geocell create a stiffened platform over silty and saturated sub-grade conditions, oftentimes encountered in coastal port facilities.

This allows for the secure placement of breakwaters, groins, and pier foundations without excessive settlement.
